Don't they look fabulous?! The Community Exercise Class recently paused to take a group photo sporting their new class t-shirts. If you are looking for a low-impact, high-value exercise class geared especially for seniors, then you should be joining us Mondays and Thursdays at 10am in the CLC Gym.
